SIMPLE THINGS TO DO FOR GOOD SKIN

Sometimes radiant skin doesn't take expensive trips to the salon or exotic products from far away.  A few simple habits here and there in your daily life is all it takes.  Here are a few simple things I am personally fond of to achieve good skin:

Eat antioxidant-rich foods like fruits and veggies





Drink lots of water every day



Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes and skin from UV



Apply SPF-rich products



and 

Treat yourself to an at home facial once in a while


See?  Easy, simple and good for the skin.  Do you have any to share?

  5. I eat a lot of veggies and drink water, but I'm probably not as good about eating fruit as I could be. I tried to change that last year and it didn't stick.

  8. The photo is great, LOL! I always eat grapes, they are so antioxidant-rich! I drink herbal tea and eat grapes and I find it very effective!
