Here's another clean eating meal plan for you.
'Cause the last one did so well.
Breakfast
Mixed berry bowl; Tomato and green onion scrambled eggs.
Mid Morning Snack
Oats, craisins and coconut shred mix.
Lunch
Toasted whole wheat naan with all-natural almond butter, and a side of avocado slices.
Afternoon Snack
Apples and oranges.
Dinner
Flour-less chicken strips made with coconut oil, dressed in homemade teriyaki sauce, and served with a bed of greens.
Dessert
Banana-mint ice-cream, made with frozen bananas, milk and all-natural brown cane sugar.
Mmmmm, yummy! If I wasn't so lazy to prepare my own food, I would totally make these :D

love naan bread. now that i'm running a lot more, i need to increase my caloric intake so i don't lose weight. love the idea of the naan and avocados for a snack!

These all look great in addition to being clean. Lovethe suggestions, I sometimes get stuck in a rut. Oh and this weekend was my little ones birthday so i ate way to much cake and need to get back on track!
