Sample Clean Eating Meal Plan

Here's another clean eating meal plan for you.

'Cause the last one did so well.


Breakfast


Mixed berry bowl; Tomato and green onion scrambled eggs.





Mid Morning Snack


Oats, craisins and coconut shred mix.



Lunch


Toasted whole wheat naan with all-natural almond butter, and a side of avocado slices.
 


Afternoon Snack


Apples and oranges.




Dinner


Flour-less chicken strips made with coconut oil, dressed in homemade teriyaki sauce, and served with a bed of greens.



Dessert


Banana-mint ice-cream, made with frozen bananas, milk and all-natural brown cane sugar.
 



Enjoy the food!


And please remember that Clean Eating isn't about dieting and losing weight, but about eating - literally eating - all natural, non-processed foods that build lean muscle mass and are good for you.

  7. I love at the end how you talk about the point of clean eating. This looks so delicious and one of my favorite ways to eat is lots of fresh berries. :) Also, that dessert looks so delicious, I've never seen Banana mint ice-cream.

  9. These all look great in addition to being clean. Lovethe suggestions, I sometimes get stuck in a rut. Oh and this weekend was my little ones birthday so i ate way to much cake and need to get back on track!
