QUICK MEAL IDEA: PORK AND CABBAGE

Dinner in a flash? I'm there in a dash! This time we are making a quick and easy Chinese dish called "Pork and Cabbage".

WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 lb of ground pork (thawed out)
- 1 bag of cole slaw mix
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped onion
- Some ingredients: soy sauce, dark vinegar, lawry salt, chicken stock mix, Chinese white pepper powder, garlic salt, corn starch, rice wine

WHAT YOU DO:

Step 1) Mix the following ingredients in ground pork:
- 1 teaspoon of chicken stock mix
- 1 teaspoon of lawry salt
- 1 tbl spoon of corn starch
- 1 tbl spoon of rice wine

Step 2) Cook ground pork in a pan
- No oil needed, the ground pork has enough oil on its own. Just heat the pan and enter the pork.
- Cook until all the meat is well done.
- Set it aside.

Step 3) In another pan, pour in 2-3 table spoons of olive oil. Turn heat up to high until pan is very hot, then add chopped garlic and onion.
- Let the garlic and onion cook until they are golden (this should take 2 min or so)

Step 4) Keep the heat at high, pour in 1/2 - 3/4 bag of cole slaw mix. Stir for 2 - 3 min or until the veggies are completely cooked

Step 5) Turn heat down to med. Add the following ingredients for flavoring:
- 2 to 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of dark vinegar
- 1 pinch of Chinese white pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic salt

Step 6) Keep heat at med. Add cooked ground pork. Stir for another 2 - 3 minutes.

DONE!!!!

Top over cooked rice and you have yourself a delicious meal :O)
