Oh yeah, you are gonna feel it.

In case you don't feel like working hard today...

Step. Away. From. The. Donut.

But remember, not all fats are bad for you.

And then a little fitness humor.

Finally, my weekly weigh in, and tonight's healthy dinner.

1 pound down in 2 weeks - I can live with that.

Baked chicken breast on wheat bread with hummus and cucumbers.

  9. I was just talking with my co-workers at lunch about good fats versus bad fats. I love avocado so much and even though it's a good fat I really do need to limit my intake of it... I could eat a whole one every day! Happy Friday!
